PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
In order to avoid any misunderstanding and argument, buyers must make sure they go through each principles listed below :-

  • SIMPLE PURCHASE STEPS
  • Step 1 : Select your favor products from our website, and add them onto the 'ORDER FORM'
  • Step 2 : When finish your online shopping, press [Submit Form]
  • Step 3 : Shipping cost and payment detail will be informed in PDF Invoice that will be sent to customer's email account within 24 hours once the order is place. For Shipping Cost, please check from page of 'Postage / Shipping ' for reference. 
  • Step 4 : Payment made. For more details, please check from the page of "Payment Method".
  • Step 5 : Our Customer Service will contact you regarding stocks immediate availability. (*** As our stock level is changing every minutes, they maybe have potential of goods waiting for re-stock or out of stock. Our Customer Service will inform you and let you decide whether you would like to wait till the stock to restock or exchange for another style to enable fast shipment.***)
  • Step 6 : Tracking number will be sent to you when parcel is delivered.


    • ORDER REQUIREMENT
    • All items in Olive Collection are READY STOCK & PRE-ORDER basis
    • For PRE-ORDER Stock, please allow 2-4 weeks to restock. Olive Collection would appreciate if buyers understand this before placing any order with us to prevent any misunderstanding. 
    • We will post out the parcel once the payment is done.
    • Posting will only be made once all the items are available. 
    • Please accept our apology for not being able to negotiate the price stated. 



    • OPERATING HOURS
    • Monday to Saturday (Malaysia Time ~ 1000 hrs to 2300 hrs)
    • Sunday (Malaysia Time ~ 1300 hrs to 2000 hrs)
    • All your enquiry emails, order status or tracking number will be notify on the next working days.

    • PAYABLE CUSTOM TAX
    • For International Buyers, you may be subjected to import tax or country custom tax which may require you to pay in your respective country. Olive Collection are not responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates are varied in different country and by different items ordered. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

    • RETURN POLICY
    • We will return and refund only if the product is delivered wrongly, damage or have defects due to manufacturer production.
    • Please report to us within three (3) days upon receiving of the items.
    • Return shipping charges are borned by the buyers.
    • No claim of wear items.
    • We will ONLY refund the cost of the apparels and not inclusive the shipping cost to the buyers.
    • Order that are returned to us as unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided, abandoned by your local post office or custom or for whatever reasons will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expenses.
    • Note : The followings reasons are not consider as defects; (1) Personal dislike; change of mind of purchase, (2) Slightly colour different - due to lighthing and monitor resolution, (3) Too small or too large or not comfortable after wearing, (4) Thread fray end and wrinkles, (5) Minor stain, (6) Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good, (7) Apparels that are washed and worn; (8) Damage and torn due to stretch by force.

         • 我们将会在24小时内邮寄(Email) 邮费与户口资料给您。请参考邮费价格
         • 接下来请付款。请参考付款方式
         • 我们将通知您库存情况。
    (***由于库存数量不断改变,将有可能缺货或重新进货的可能。此时,我们的客户员将通 
        知您以让您选择是否要等待进货或要换其他的物品。)
         •当货寄出时,我们将提供您tracking number.

    2)  订货条规 


    •  OLIVE COLLECTION 的货物将以货 & 预购为主.          
    •  预购活动截止后, 买家需耐心等待大约2到4个星期. 无法等待的买家请勿预购.
    •  所有的价钱是定价, 价钱没得商量. 敬请原谅
    • 如遇商品缺货, 需等待全数到货后,再一同寄出。

    我们将在下个工作日回复您所有的电子邮件查询及通知您的订单号码

    4国际付税(国外买家)
         •
    您将需支付进口税. OLIVE COLLECTION 将不会支付任何额外的通关.
          
    费用. 请联系您当地的邮局或海关办公室以询问这些收费.



    5)退货政策

    • 我们仅有在产品交付错误, 损坏或制造商生产有缺陷时退款.      
    • 请在收到货品的三天内通知我们.     
    • 返回运费将由买家负责.      
    • 我们将不退还已用过的货品.     
    • 我们将只退还货品的价钱, 不包括运输费.      
    • 无人认领的货品, 不完整与不正确的地址及邮政局退还的货品, 我们将不会退还给您, 但我们将会重新寄给您, 而您也需付还所有的费用.      注:以下情况将不被列为缺陷:  1. 个人不喜欢;改变初衷购买  / 2. 颜色不同(由于灯光和电脑银幕的不同 / 2. 衣服太小/太大/穿的不舒服  /4. 衣物皱褶  / 5. 轻微的污点  / 6. 声称衣服的裁剪不好 / 7. 洗过的衣物而变旧 / 8. 拉扯而损坏衣物
